Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Return Policy:
- We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked.
- However, this does not apply to personalised jewellery, coins, utensils, and religious idols unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- SilverBling reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing any refund.
- If you purchased a SilverBling product from a third-party platform, their return policies shall apply.
- Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable in case of returns. If an order is returned with missing items (including promotional gifts such as silver coins), we may deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
- Return Request at support@silverbling.in just mail us within the timeframe with supporting documents if necessary and our team will revert you back or directly place the return pickup request within 48hrs, mention your Bill No. in the mail and your contact details for smooth process.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund:

- If Approved: The refund will be credited within 2-5 business days and via the original payment method.
- If Rejected: The product will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Replacement & Exchange:
- You can request a replacement or exchange based on your requirements. The same conditions as returns apply.
- Replacement and exchange orders will only be shipped and delivered in 7 business days once the original product has been picked up or delivered (for Silver jewellery).
Return Process:
- You can initiate a return request via our website or contact our Customer Support team for assistance support@silverbling.in.
- Once the return request is placed, please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pick-up, requiring re-initiation and delaying the process.
- Some pin codes may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the item via India Post or another courier. We will reimburse up to Rs. 70 towards the shipping cost.
- If return shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, the additional amount will be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes:
- If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video is required for verification. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in rejection of the claim.
- SilverBling reserves the right to make the final decision on any return, refund, or replacement request.
